You Don't Always Need A Therapist Like You, but It Can Help

Therapy Clients Come to Us for:

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma and Past Experience

  • Child, Teen, or Family Concerns

  • Depression

  • Identity Exploration and personal growth

  • Burnout & Workplace Stress

While Black individuals make up nearly 15% of the U.S. population, only about 5% of therapists are Black. This mismatch has consequences. It's harder to find someone who "gets it," harder to trust, and harder to stay in therapy when you feel unseen.

At New Life Therapy, we recognize these barriers.

"The Best Time to Start Therapy is As Soon As You're Thinking About it"

We’re not just here to treat symptoms. We’re here to support your whole self.

We’re a group practice led by Dr. Glover, an 11+ year seasoned clinician dedicated to making mental health care more accessible for BIPOC communities in Massachusetts and beyond.

Through secure, telehealth-based sessions, we bring therapy to you. We believe therapy should honor your identity, your culture, and your story.

Our BIPOC & black therapists aren’t just checking boxes on cultural awareness; they're deeply informed, intentional, and committed to meeting you where you are.
